Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Book an appointment below, where you will have the option for in-person or online.  You will receive a Zoom link for all scheduled appointments, but you will only use the link if you select an online appointment. Drop-in tutoring is based on tutor availability and appointments are always prioritized. 

During the Session

Students Will:
  • Be able to provide the assignment, notes, and any related materials.
  • Be ready to take an active part in the tutoring session (ask questions, reference notes, work through problems, etc.).
  • Understand that tutors are there to help you understand the concepts, not complete assignments for you. 
  • Be respectful towards tutors and other students in the tutoring center.
 Tutors Will:
  • Co-create a list of goals based on the most important concepts/problems the student is struggling with. 
  • Help students reference their notes, and fill in any gaps in content where applicable.
  • Use questions and other strategies to help students practice and deepen their knowledge of various concepts through their assignments. 
  • Review progress on goals, what was learned, and help make a plan for the student going forward. 

Booking Details

  • Make sure you are booking an appointment with a tutor who has expertise for your class.
  • Appointments can be 30 or 60 minutes with 60 minutes being the default. 
  • All appointments must be booked online. 
  • Cancellations: Students may cancel their appointments up to 1 hour before the appointment start time using the link in their appointment confirmation or reminder email; otherwise, please email your tutor directly.
